After you reach the Country Park the workshop and fair part of the evening will begin. Delicious and varied dishes served by the Country Park Chef will certainly appeal to everyone. Anyone who will want to taste and purchase regional products from all over Poland will have the opportunity to do so within the area of the fair.

Guests will be able to participate in workshops during which they will be able to make croissants or dumplings.

The artistic part of the Polish Night will consist of a performance by the "Poznan" Folk Dance Group, which will not only present the dances of the various regions of Poland, but also teach everyone the basic steps.

The cherry on the cake will be the performance of Ray Wilson who, to the surprise of many people, is from Poznań. Ray Wilson is one of the greatest British vocalists as well as a composer and song writer. In 1996 he replaced Phil Collins as the lead singer of Genesis. The GENESIS Classic show Concert series showcases the band's greatest hits. Ray Wilson has a fantastic rapport with the audience, and his concerts are a wonderful musical feast.
The concert will last for 70 minutes.

circule Demonstration of bread baking - Freshly baked and warm loaves of bread made by a professional baker will be another highlight of the evening. Participants will be able to not only see the process of kneading and baking, but also enjoy a hunk of freshly baked bread.
circule Marcinski Rogal (croissant) making workshop - A Confectioner in a specially prepared area will be talking about the preparation, recipe and history of the Marcinski Rogal (croissant). Guests will observe the process of the formation of the “rogal”, after which they will be able to make the Marcinski Rogal by themselves. After it is baked they will receive the packaged Marcinski Rogal to take away as a souvenir.
circule Pierogi (dumpling) sticking workshop - Each participant of the evening will be able to try to stick together a pieróg (dumpling), which is not that simple! It is definitely worth the effort though as dumplings are a dish of which Polish cuisine likes to boast of.
The workshop will be combined with a tasting.
