Information for Congress participants
Outlined below are details which we believe participants will find helpful in finding their way around the Poznań International Fair (PIF) grounds / Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie (MTP) during the Congress.

Only fully registered Congress participant can pick up materials (badge, city tour voucher) for paid Accompanying person.

Registration will be open during the following times:
September 6th from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm
September 7th-10th from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
• POZNAŃ INTERNATIONAL FAIR GROUND ENTRY
Tuesday September 6th, 2016
Participants will be able to pick up their Congress materials from the Poznań International Fair grounds, entering through the Eastern Entrance in front of the Main Railway Station (Roosevelta Str.).
Attendees must have their free entry card in order to enter the grounds.
Each registered participant have received free entry card by email with their registration confirmation or invoice. (Before the Congress participants may download and print their free entry cards at any time from their online Congress registration account on the Congress website www.fdi2016poznan.org). Forgotten free entry cards can be printed out from one of pre-registration desks, located in the entrance halls, by signing in with the email provided during account registration. If you need any assistance, please look for our Congress staff in red FDI t-shirts, who will be located in the entrance halls.
Wednesday September 7th - Saturday September 10th
There will be two entrances to the Poznań International Fair grounds:
- Eastern Entrance in front of the Main Railway Station (Roosevelta Str.)
- Western Entrance from Śniadeckich Str.
ATM will be available on the PIF grounds and will be located in the Patio area between the exhibition pavilions, by the entrance to Pavilion 15 (see the map below).
|• LECTURES AT THE 104TH ANNUAL WORLD DENTAL CONGRESS|
- Pavilion 15, level 1, lecture halls: 1A+1B, 1D+1E, 1F+1G, 1.C
Entry into the lecture halls will only be possible with a participant badge. Participants will be asked to scan the bar code on their identification badges upon entering and exiting the lecture halls.
All Congress lectures (with the exception of those taking place in hall 1C, level 1) will be given in English or translated into English. Headsets will be handed out at stations in the lecture halls. We kindly ask that participants remember to return their headsets at the end of the lecture.
• Meet-the-Expert Workshops
Entry to the Meet-the-Expert sessions will only be possible with an identification badge for those Congress participants who had earlier purchased entry to the session. The Meet-the-Expert session will be conducted in English. Participants of the session will also receive a lunch box.

A shuttle from the PIF grounds to the Poznań University of Medical Sciences Center of Stomatology will be provided for participants of these hands-on courses. The shuttle bus will pick up participants from entrance B of Pavilion 15 thirty minutes before the beginning of the course.
Morning hands-on courses begin at 9:30 am and afternoon courses begin at 1:30 pm. Entry to the hands-on courses (Pavilion 14) will only be possible with an identification badge and only for those participants who had earlier purchased entry to individual hands-on courses.

Congress participants will be able to purchase entry to the hands-on courses (based on remaining availability) during the Congress at the Congress registration desks (Pavilion 15, level 0).
Lecture and hands-on course halls will be open thirty minutes prior to the beginning of the lecture or course.
Attendance certificate: will be made available during the Congress in the online account of each registed Congress participant. Participants will be able to print their attendance certificates in Pavilion 15, level 0, across from the registration desks, simply by scanning the code on their ID badges. Congress participants will also be able to print their certificates after the Congress by logging into their accounts. In case of any difficulties, we ask that attendees approach the onsite FDI staff in red t-shirts.
Certificate of participation from ADA CERP
Following the Congress, certificates will be generated on the online accounts of Congress participants. To receive the certificate with ADA CERP points, participants must be present for the entire duration of the lecture session and complete a lecture and lecturer evaluation. Evaluations may be completed in two locations during the Congress:
- At the FDI stand (Patio area by Pavilion 8A)
- In Pavilion 15, level 1
Participants will be able to complete lecture evaluations after the Congress by logging into their Congress registration accounts at www.fdi2016poznan.org. Participants will only be able to complete evaluations for the lectures at which they were present.
Certificate of participation for the Polish educational points system (only for those participants who purchased their participation package as a dentist delegate or student/intern.). Certificates will be made available in participants’ online accounts after the Congress.
Participants will be able to download and print their certificates after September 15th, by logging into their Congress registration accounts at https://panel.fdi2016poznan.org/visitor/login.
Participants who do not have an online Congress registration account (having registered as a member of a group) will be able to access all documents and evaluation forms at www.fdi2016poznan.org by signing in with the number on their identification badge (found below the bar code).
• FOOD AND DINING ON THE PIF GROUNDS
A food court will be set up in Pavilion 5A where participants will be able to enjoy delicious and quickly served meals during the breaks between lectures. Taking into account the large number of Congress attendees and the need for quick service, pre-paid meal cards will be available for purchase which will allow Congress attendees to pay for their meals with meal points. Meal cards will be available for purchase at the following points:
- The information desk on the Patio between the exhibition pavilions
- The information desk in Pavilion 15 on the ground floor (entrance B)
- The food court entrance
Unused points on the meal card can be paid out at the same locations.

September 7th - 10th, the Congress participant badge will give the participants free use of all public transit services (ZTM) in Poznań.
